Offered is a fine all original untouched antique (1897) Winchester Model 1894 standard rifle chambered for the desirable .32-40 Winchester cartridge in fine condition. Standard features include 26" full octagon barrel, full magazine, crescent rifle butt, walnut stocks, and blued finish. The barrel retains approximately 90% original factory blue with high edge wear. Magazine has a mix of pleasing blue-plum patina. The frame retains approximately 75% of the original high polish factory blue. Flashes of color on lever. 50% blue on the nose cap. Sporting front with a marble sporting rear. Walnut stocks are excellent, all original, never refinished, proud to metal, and with no chips or cracks. Near mint bore. Prefect action. The magazine has one small dent in front of retainer. Extremely fine condition 1894 in antique serial range.
