The lock is stamped "W.W. Pepper". This Deringer closely resembles the designs of Henry Deringer. It is a single shot percussion pocket pistol with a 3" octagon barrel, and a .52 caliber smooth bore. The barrel is a smooth patina. Checkered walnut stocks are excellent with no cracks or chips. Has an engraved lock, hammer, tang, breech, and trigger guard. Has a swivel loader. Bore is very good. Action works fine. Comes in the original wood display case with a small powder flask, bullet mold, cap tin, and its original projectiles.
