Standard carbine features a 22" round barrel, military style fore end, no hand guard, and walnut stock carbine butt. It is chambered for the .30-40 Krag cartridge and features the Lyman Model 21 receiver sight. It has the saddle ring stud, but the ring has been removed. Barrel retains approximately 85% original factory blue mixing with soft patina. The bolt retains most of the original high polish factory blue. Frame and lever have turned a soft grey-brown patina. Original wood is excellent with no cracks or chips. Strong clean bore. Perfect action.
