Frames, matted and stapled inside glass. There is no LOA but does include an original photo of Pete Rose signing the jersey. The autograph on the "4" says "1963 NLROY" which stands for National League Rookie of the Year, and the autograph on the "1" is signed Pete Rose and says "Hit King 4256".
Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
