Serial No. 66293G70. Offered as a standard Colt Model 1911 A1 Semi-automatic gun model pistol with a scarce factory nickel finish. This is a large logo MKIV series 70 chambered for the 45 ACP cartridge. Manufactured in 1978. Retains 99% of the original factory nickel finish. Mint bore in action. Proper marked magazine, and checkered walnut stocks with gold medallion. Minor scraps at take down lever on both sides of frame. Comes in original box numbered to gun. Scarce with 2% of production being factory nickel.
