This rifle is chambered for the 7.92x57mm cartridge. It has a 23-1/4" barrel and variant side rail marking. This was the last Mauser rifle produced by Yugoslavia at the Kragujevac Arsenal. This short rifle is fitted with the pistol grip stock, similar to 98K carbine. Metal retains thinning military style finish. Stock is marked 18999, as is floorplate, bolt handle, and frame. Very good bore and action.
