Offered is the classic pre-war Winchester Model 1894 Saddle Ring Carbine. Manufactured in 1926. Standard features include a 20" round barrel, full magazine, long fore end, saddle ring, carbine curved buttplate, and folding ladder rear sight. It is chambered for the .32 Winchester Special cartridge. The walnut stocks are excellent with just a few minor dings. The barrel and tube retain approximately 98% original factory blue finish. The receiver shows typical flaking problematic to that period and remains at approximately 30-40%. The lever retains approximately 50% original finish, as does the buttplate and front barrel band. The rear barrel band is basically gun metal grey and sports the standard post front sight. Action is perfect. Bore is mint. Fine early carbine.
