This gun began life as a standard Colt Model 1911 A1 Govt Model Series 70 chambered for the .38 Super cartridge. Pistol was customized for target shooting with the following features: high profile front sight, a Bo-Mar adjustable rear sight that utilizes the original slot, front grip strap has been stippled, and trigger shoe added. Mint bore. Perfect action. 85% original factory blue with some wear on high parts of slide and frame.
