Offered is a standard model carbine, Krag U.S. Springfield issue. Chambered for the .30-40 U.S. Krag cartridge. Has a 22" barrel and all proper parts. Barrel retains 95% of the factory original blue finish. Frame is a blue grey patina. Colors on magazine have patterned out. Wood stock is near mint with no cracks or chips, with a perfect JSA 1901 cartouche on left side. There is a 3/4" cut-out on stock in front of the safety for a sight. Strong bore. ME reading is 2.
