This is a standard military issue .44 caliber percussion Remington revolver. Features include an 8" octagon barrel, blued finish, brass trigger guard, case colored hammer, non-fluted six-shot cylinder, and walnut grips. Barrel retains 75% of the dulling factory blue finish. Frame is smooth patina. Cylinder is a lovely mix of blue and brown. All metal parts have the martial inspector marks. Grips are very good. Right grip is fine, left grip has chip at toe and cartouche is not readable. Perfect lock-up and bore.
