This revolver was manufactured in 1927. Standard features include a 5-1/2" barrel, blued finish, case colored frame, hard rubber Colt grips. It is a classic single action chambered for the .45 long Colt cartridge. The barrel and ejector rod casing retain approximately 85% original high polish factory blue on top and right side. Left side of barrel and side of ejector housing are basically gun metal grey. The cylinder is basically faded to gun metal grey. Frame retains approximately 60% original case colors, some brilliant. Hammer retains 50% original bright colors. Trigger guard retains approximately 70% original factory blue, as does top of grip strap, balance is blue mixed with patina. Original hard rubber grips are very good with no cracks or chips, more worn on left side from holster carry. Perfect lock-up. Strong clean bore. Nice first generation with lots of original condition.
