This lot includes five empty boxes as follows: a pre-war maroon Colt Detective box , blued 2” .38 No. 413353 (1933) Excellent condition with all perfect aprons and end label; a Colt Police Positive .32 New Police 4” No. 64606? , brown hinged box, gold end label, handling the handgun brochure, perfect aprons and end label. 1953; a Colt Purple hinged revolver box, no end label, 11-3/4” by 4-1/2”, perfect aprons and hinge; a Colt Officers model match revolver 6” blue/wood .22, target sticker, and partridge front sights, No. 5618, complete aprons with one split, perfect hinge and label (1930); and a Colt Official Police 6” blue/wood .38 No. 568477 (1930) 5” of apron missing on long front and 2” off side, lid has taped repair, perfect end label. Great lot of Colt boxes that would enhance the value of any minty Colt revolver from this era.
