German bisque socket head incised “1294 Simon & Halbig Made in Germany” with sleeping eyes (wax eyelids gone), multistroked eyebrows, open mouth with upper teeth, original mohair wig with curls; original composition baby body with jointed elbows and wrists, chubby one-piece legs with walking mechanism which moves head from side to side; antique organdy dress and hat with ruffles could be original, replaced booties and socks. Terrific chubby toddler doll!
