Core is four matching ribbons of red bands accented with yellow then accented with green bands. The core is surrounded with birdcage white latticino. Outer decoration are combined bands of red, white and blue alternate with bands of red, white and blue alternate with combined bands of red, white and green. Faceted pontil. Surface shows cold roll with as made surface blowout.
