We have never seen this form of onionskin before. The core is made up with two separate yellow and orange onionskin cores that are separated and twist at top pontil. The outer decoration is two opposing panels of red, white and blue and two opposing clear panels. Surface made indentation, hot spots and some embedded black debris. There is a shallow chip near bottom faceted pontil.
