This rifle was manufactured in 1895, the second year of production for this model. Chambered for the .30-30 Winchester cartridge. Standard features include a 26" full round barrel, full magazine, blued finish, walnut stock and rifle butt. The gun is basically a soft blue-grey patina. Wood is very good, proud to the metal, no cracks, has a small chip on left side and a small divot at wrist. A front sight groove has been cut into front of frame. There is a dent on the muzzle at six o'clock. Decent rifling with some minor corrosion. Perfect working order.
