Battery-operated. Made by A.T.C. Japan. Very difficult toy to find. Nice lithography. Depicts three people in ferris wheel carts on two separate wheels, which spin independently. Marked "A.T.C. Made in Japan" on base. All tin litho except for plastic casing which shows mechanism. Some scratching to plastic and minor general wear to toy.

Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
