This revolver was manufactured in 1853. It is a standard revolver as follows: 4" octagon barrel, five shot, .31 caliber, single action, percussion, sports blued barrel and cylinder, brass grips frames, varnished walnut grips, with case colored frame and hammer. The gun exhibits all matching numbers including wedge and remains in superb all original condition. The barrel retains virtually all of the original factory high polish blue. Perfect factory stamps. Fine cylinder scene finish has faded. Brass has never been cleaned. Case colors have darkened. Grips are near mint. Action is perfect. Strong clean bore. Comes in an original vintage case with orange felt lining. Accessories include an original Colt marked flask, nipple wrench, Colt marked bullet mold, and Eley London cap tin with some original lead projectiles. Case has a couple of repaired cracks. Missing the key.
