Circa 1932. Copyright King Features Syndicate. Working. Lithographed metal case with images of Popeye's Thimble Theater characters. Early Segar signature. Some rubbing and litho loss to top band of clock, and some scratching and wear on the back. Clock has been opened at one time and probably repaired. Nice example.
