These popular rifles were manufactured from 1906 to 1936. Is it chambered for the .35 Remington cartridge. Standard features include a 22" barrel, blued finish, walnut stocks, and semi-automatic. This is a model 8-C Deluxe, it features nice simple scroll and panel engraving on frame only, beautiful deluxe checkered walnut stocks. It has the Remington Arms monogrammed logo buttplate. Gun is in exceptional condition. The wood is near mint with beautiful grain and fine checkering. The barrel sleeve retains 98% of the original blue finish and frame retains approximately 90% original blue finish starting to plum on high edges and bottom. Both side panels are engraved with antlered game. It is equipped with a tang sight, the plain sporting rear sight has been replaced with folding rear sight. There is a front swing swivel. Near mint bore and perfect action. An extremely lovely deluxe pre-war Remington.
