The lock on this Pennsylvania/Kentucky rifle is stamped "Leman" and has "Lanctr., PA". Features a 37" full octagon barrel, striped pattern stock, fixed sights, percussion, .36 caliber. Barrel is not marked. Metal is basically a dark chocolate brown patina. Has a full wrap-around brass buttplate, semi-fancy brass trigger guard, and double set triggers. Wood is very good with no cracks. Wood to metal fit is fine. Has a thimble repair. Strong rifling visible. Original nipple.
