Standard Model 1884 trapdoor rifle features a 32-5/8" barrel, chambered for the .45-70 govt cartridge. Excellent stock with no cracks and the Samuel Porter 1891 cartouche. "N.G.B." stamped twice on stock. "V.P." and eagle on barrel. All metal is a soft brown patina. Action is fine. Clean strong bore. Perfect action.
