Carbine was manufactured in 1919. It is chambered for the classic .30-30 cartridge. Has a standard 20" round barrel, full magazine, saddle ring on left side, and S curved carbine butt. Has a custom ramp front sight and standard Winchester ladder rear. Wood is very good with no cracks, numerous dings, some chipping on fore end. Has a sling hole in stock. Wood is gum wood. Frame is basically brown with some hidden blue. Barrel is about 60% thinning blue. Tube looks like a replacement and has most of the blue. Very good action. Fairly nice rifling.
