Two minute banner front cylinder phonograph. SN-516826. Using a model "C" reproducer. It comes with the original slot end crank accompanied with three two minute wax cylinders and a 14" reproduction horn. Crack reapir to top deck board. Bedplate stencil worn on lower right side.
