Nice example of a Savage 99 post-war lever action rifle chambered for the .300 Savage cartridge. Features a 24" barrel, blued finish, checkered walnut stock, and case colored lever. Rifle remains in excellent condition. Barrel retains virtually all of the original factory blue. Rear sight and scope mounting screws are missing. Checkered walnut stock is excellent with sharp checkering and 1/4" hairline at tang. Jeweled bolt. Excellent bore. Perfect action. 30% colors on lever. Sling swivels added. Mount a nice old school Weaver on this rifle and it's ready for the fall.
