This carbine was manufactured between 1942 and 1948. It is chambered for the highly desirable .25-35 Winchester cartridge. Sports a 20" barrel, full magazine, blued finish, walnut stocks, checkered steel shotgun butt, sporting rear sight, and ramp front. It has the war-time flat barrel band with the long wood fore end. Gun has remained in remarkable condition. There is a slight hint of wear at the muzzle and a slight hint of wear at the bottom of the frame. Otherwise the gun remains in near new condition retaining fully 98% of the original factory blue. Walnut stocks are near mint with barely and impression mark. Bore is strong. Action is perfect. Beautiful little .25-35 war era carbine.
