German bisque socket head incised “ges. gesch. O’Neill JDK 11” with molded wisps of hair including top knot, short eyebrows, large glass googly side-glancing eyes, painted upper and lower lashes, watermelon mouth; original chubby composition body with straight elbows and jointed knees and starfish hands; vintage clothing. What an impish fellow!
