This is a second issue manufactured from 1978 to 1984. Shows as new in the original black Colt box numbered to gun with paperwork and inserts. Retains all the original finish with no drag line of any kind. Standard features include an 8" barrel, single action, six shot, .44 caliber percussion, walnut grips, and cut for shoulder stock. The barrel and cylinder retain all of the blue finish. Hammer, frame, and loading lever exhibit all the brilliant case colors. The blued screws are untouched. Brass trigger guard and backstrap have mellowed with age and the walnut grips are perfect. In addition, this revolver comes with original walnut felt-lined display case with a pewter-finish flask, Colt marked bullet mold, and a Colt cap tin.
