Offered is a 5-1/2" New Frontier target revolver chambered for the .357 magnum cartridge, manufactured in 1965 with a total production of 792 revolvers in this caliber and finish. The New Frontier features factory walnut grips with silver medallions, flat top frame, and adjustable rear sight. This rare New Frontier target revolver is a six shot single action chambered for the then new and powerful .357 cartridge. As to condition, the gun displays in virtually as new condition throughout. There is no sign of any cylinder burn and the lightest of drag lines is only perceptible through the use of a lighted glass. The bore and action are likewise as new. Grips are perfect in richly grained walnut. Case colors are brilliant. Screws are perfect with all of their high polish finish. About as nice as you can expect to find one of these sans its original box. Given the rarity and quality of the flat top New Frontier target revolvers, they present and extraordinary opportunity for both the collector and investor.
