Referred to as the Model of 1907/15, Remington produced these rifles for the French government. Features a 31-1/2" barrel, chambered for the 8mm Lebel cartridge. Right side of the barrel is stamped "R.A.C. 1907-15". Left side of the frame is stamped "Remington M'LE 1907-15". Other features include blued frame and barrel, walnut stocks, buttplate, bolt, sling swivel finished in the white, military sights, and saddle ring on left side. This gun remains in almost pristine all original condition. Aside from a rub on the trigger guard, gun retains almost all of the original factory high polish blue finish. Wooden stocks are near mint with no cracks or chips, and you can still feel the raised grain. Bore and action are perfect. Comes with the original metal handle bayonet. Unimprovable condition.
