This is a high quality Belgium manufactured and proofed double action revolver. The left side of the barrel is stamped A94, top of frame is stamped Haarlem-s'hage, left side of frame is stamped cal 9.4, the bore measures approx 38 cal. Gun features a 3 - 3/8 octagon barrel, a five shot un-flutted cylinder, checkered walnut birds head grip, lanyard ring, double action. Sides of hammer and trigger are jeweled. The barrel, cylinder, trigger guard are blue. The frame is case colored. The gun is in beautiful condition. The barrel and cylinder retain fully 97% original high polish factory blue with some minor high edge wear, the trigger guard has approx 75% blue, starting to thin as is the front grip strap. The frame retains virtually all of the brilliant case colors. It features a fire blue wind drift front sight, indexes perfectly both double and single action, lock up is tight, strong clean bore and comes with an original receipt from June 24, 1958. Gun purchased in California. This is a high quality, early 20th century revolver, that has seen very little use. Reminiscent of the early Webley Pug revolvers.
