Manufactured in Island Pond, Vermont. Is this copy of the Colt model 1911. Standard features include 5" barrel, blued finish, brown plastic grips, chambered for the .45 ACP cartridge, a wind-drift square notch rear sight, short wide spur checkered hammer, a long serrated adjustable aluminum trigger, checkered slide stock and safety, with a serrated arched main spring housing. Retains approximately 98% of its original finish, albeit heat treating has given the blued finish a purple hue. Fine bore and action. Magazine has bumper.
