This rifle was introduced in 1914 and discontinued in 1921. Features include a 22" barrel, blued finish, takedown, checkered pistol grip walnut stock, case colored lever. The barrel retains approximately 60% original blue finish, thinning on sides. Frame retains approximately 75% of the original early high polish blue finish. Checkered walnut stocks are excellent with no cracks or chips, albeit the stock has been cut and a red rubber waffle pad has been added. 12-1/2" LOP. Bright case colors on side of lever. Wood has some added finish. It is a Takedown Model. Frame has been drilled and tapped to accept a Lyman All-American 8x scope with Weaver quick detachable mounts. Has a brass cartridge counter. Nice strong visible rifling. Fine action.
