These pistols were produced in 1967 to commemorate famous World War II Theater of Operations. Features include 5" barrel, full nickel finish, fixed sights, wood grips, semi automatic, magazine fed, chambered for the .45ACP cartridge. Special features include full nickel finish. Right side of slide has European Theater battles such as Normandy,. Left side of slide stamped World War II Commemorative European Theater of Operations. Smooth wood grips with gold medallions. Gun appears in as new condition in the numbered plain manilla shipping box with certificate, instructions, warranty card and wax paper. Rather unusual to find these guns in the shipping boxes without the display case.
