This pointer grade two barrel set was built in 1959. The silvery grey receiver is excellent showing a setter with a duck in his mouth on the left side of the receiver and a Pointer with a pheasant in its mouth on the right side. The receiver is in excellent condition and appears new. It is signed by V. RANCKEN. The long tang flat knob buttstock has a LOP of 14 - 1/2" to its brown Browning recoil pad. The wood is in excellent condition with only a minor nick or two. The checkering is deep and sharp and shows no wear. Both vent rib barrels wear two ivory beads. Barrel length for both barrels are 29 - 7/8" one being choked improved-full and the other modified and full. The overall condition of this gun is 99 plus% and a lovely gun to take to the trap field. It comes with its brown Browning hard case.CORRECTION: Engraver is V. Rancken, 1790's FN master engraver.
