This pointer grade Browning was made in 1960. It features 29 - 3/4" barrels and choked improved modified and full. The rib wears an ivory center bead and a red front bead at the muzzle. The right side of the receiver shows a pointing dog carrying a pheasant in its mouth. The left side of the receiver shows a pointing dog carrying a duck in its mouth. The bottom of the receiver shows two game birds as does the trigger guard. The receiver is signed on both sides with the name M. Magis. This gun is in 99 plus plus percent condition and appears test fired only. The only sign of wear is on the bottom barrel where the forend slides forward for take down. The wood is in 100 percent condition showing all its original finish with no nicks, dings or scratches. The extra fine checkering on both forend and buttstock is also excellent. The LOP is 14 - 1/2" to its original brown Browning pad. The gun comes with a brown Browning leather hard case. CORRECTION: Engraver is M. Magis, highly skilled Belgium master engraver.
