This rifle was manufactured in Japan. It is a custom limited edition rifle dedicated to famous sports writer Jack O'Conner. His facsimile signature appears on the trigger guard in silver. This model is chambered in Jack's favorite caliber, the .270 Winchester cartridge. Features a 22" round barrel sans sights, deluxe checkered dark walnut stock with black contrasting forend tip, metal grip cap and steel metal rifle buttplate. The floorplate has the engraving of a mountain sheep. It has the Super Grade style sling eyes and left side roll over cheek piece. Metal is blue finish. Rifle is unfired in original box. Bolt has never been inserted. Comes with original paperwork.
