This pistol was manufactured in 2007 to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the famed Camp Perry shooting matches. Pistol was manufactured by Springfield Armory for the NRA in a limited edition of 500 pistols, of which this is No. 101 (with certificate). It is basically a stainless copy of the Colt Model 1911 A1 pistol. Chambered for the .45 ACP cartridge. It is a single action semi-automatic with a 5" barrel. Special features include adjustable rear sight with wind-drift front. Features a lightweight serrated trigger and diamond checkered wood grips with special logo on both sides. Left side of slide is stamped "100th Anniversary Camp Perry National Matches 1907 - 2007". Right side of slide is stamped with the NRA logo "Springfield Armory" and Ordnance wheel. Right side of frame is stamped "101 of 500". Gun is as new in the original box with all paperwork and two magazines. This pistol comes with a leather and canvas carry case, French fitted with green lining and the Camp Perry label inside the canvas bag.
