English. Wells celluloid version. Working. Includes original bell with Pluto on both sides of handcart. Marked "By Permission Walt Disney Mickey Mouse Ltd." Scarcest of Mickey, Minnie and Donald Duck handcarts made by Wells. Very minor wear. Toy includes beautiful and complete lithographed original box with two original cardboard inserts and six pieces of circular track. Box has some tears on aprons with moderate creasing throughout and beautiful label.
