Working. Car is tin and figures are composition. On side says "By Permission of Walt Disney Mickey Mouse Ltd." and shows pictures of a cat and dog. Very brightly colored. Includes original box with track and cardboard inserts. Box has beautifully colored graphics of Cinderella and Prince plus Gus and Jaq on rail car with castle in background and some creasing. One of the most difficult to find handcars to find in this set, especially in this condition.
Condition: (Excellent).
