Rare offering from the Winchester Repeating Arms Co. of New Haven, CT. is this #9217 5 hook underwater minnow in silver decal finish. Minnow has fully marked front spinner, typical fancy rear spinner and cupric hardware. Decal finish is nicer than most, however showing 2 rubs to primer along the back and a pointer behind the right eye.
