Pictured on page 271 of "19th Century Fishing Lures" is this early engraved metal minnow with large front spinner. Perhaps made after seeing the Chapman Kilby Minnow, this early bait has wire through hardware, large unmarked front spinner, nicely engraved minnow with the initials MH in the center, a feathered tail hook, and assorted glass beads. 4" in length. Quite interesting!
