This beautiful revolver was manufactured in 1958. It is an early Colt Second Generation Single Action Army that features a 7-1/2" barrel and is chambered for the .45 long Colt cartridge. This revolver was exquisitely engraved by noted Boston area artist Carmine Lombardy. Features full coverage "C" engraving in a floral pattern with a full royal blue finish and checkered ivory grips. The gun remains in near new unfired condition since the work was performed. Inside grip strap bears the name Wm. Farrell. Lombardy has stamped his initials (C.M.L.) at front of frame. A classic revolver with work performed by noted master engraver, truly a work of art.
