This rifle was manufactured in 2009 as the Safari centennial. The 100th anniversary of Teddy Roosevelts African adventure. It is chambered for the powerful .405 Winchester cartridge. It features a 24" round barrel, blued finish, sporting sights, checkered deluxe set and finish walnut stock and smooth steel shotgun buttplate. Special features include a special coin on right side of stock, gold inlays and engraving on both sides of frame. A gold T.R. monogram on bolt, jeweled hammer. Gun is brand new in the box, unfired, all paper work and the specially designed sleeve. Rifle is manufactured in Japan.
