Composition head (overall light crazing) with molded hair and painted eyes (some paint wear), upper and lower painted eyelashes, smiling mouth with painted teeth, composition hands and feet with molded black sports shoes with cleats on soles, cloth body with original 77 jersey and cotton pants, felt helmet. Represents Red Grange aka “The Galloping Ghost.” When he played for the University of Illinois, his number was 77. When he left in 1925, the number was retired. He played professional ball for the Chicago Bears, and retired in 1934. Very desirable item!
