The first rifle is a Remington 740 Woodmaster semi-automatic rifle chambered for the .30-06 cartridge with a 22" barrel, blued finish, semi-automatic, plain pistol grip walnut stock. As to condition, the barrel retains 95% original blue with wear at muzzle. Frame retains 90% with most wear at bottom, high edges, and a couple of minor spots. The factory drilled mounting holes need filler screws. Stocks are very good with no cracks or chips. There are two empty holes for sling eyes and a poorly fitted rubber buttplate needs replacing. Missing magazine. Fine bore and action. The second gun is also a Woodmaster Model 742 semi-automatic chambered for the .30-06 cartridge with a 22" barrel, blued finish and walnut stock. Sports a Simmons 4x12x40 scope and Kwik-Site see-through mounts. Metal retains approximately 75% original blue with high edge wear and some freckling. Stocks are very good with no cracks or chips but amounts of finish loss. Has a replaced grip cap and aluminum buttplate. Magazine has wear. Very good bore and action. This rifle would benefit greatly with some attention to the stocks.
