Circa late 19th century. U.S. Springfield hunting knife model 1880 with correct sheath marked Rock Island Arsenal. Sheath is complete with brass hook. Brass guard is marked U.S. Springfield on one side and seral No. 3164 on the other side. Blade length is 8", overall of 13". Handle is one piece hardwood. Lot also includes one damaged French bayonet dated 1877 on top of blade along with one European bayonet with many markings on both sides of tang.
Condition: (Good - Excellent).
