This lot includes one male and one female character, each dressed in clothing covered in flowers and leaves. The male figure holds a long walking stick and wears a long beard and mustache, while the lady holds a fringed tassel and flower with receded hair pulled into a bun. Both marionettes have very detailed faces and carved wood feet and frame.
