.30 rimfire caliber with a 2-1/4" barrel. Manufactured in 1875. This is a five-shot single action spur trigger, factory engraved, nickel finish, etched panel with birds head rosewood grips. Gun is in near new condition with no signs of having ever been fired and retains virtually all of the original factory nickel finish. Beautifully engraved, sharp legends with the majority of the fire blue on back of hammer. Mint bore. Cylinder indexes perfectly but does not lock into place after hammer falls. Aside from a couple of very minor age spots, retains fully 98% finish and still retains the nickel inside of the cylinder walls. Beautiful near mint engraved Colt.
