Caliber is .69 smooth bore-percussion has a 7 1/2" barrelOffered is a typical English large caliber horse pistol manufactured for the British government, the lock is stamped 1867 Birmingham and has E.I.G and crown stamp, right side of barrel bares 3 English proof marks, standard features include: plain 1 piece walnut stock with brass butt and ring, has a swivel rod, metal is finished in the white with brass thimble and trigger guard, brass remains a pleasant deep mustard color, lock, and barrel are a soft gun metal grey with some age spotting, stocks are very good with note to 1 1/2" separation, left side at muzzle, similar separation at opposite side, good solid English horse pistol.
